I offer calm, therapeutic counselling for non-traditional couples and relationships. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to support diverse relationship dynamics.
I also specialise in Menopause/Perimenopause Counselling, helping women and their partners understand and navigate this profound transition. Menopause can bring emotional shifts, a loss of identity, and a need to reconnect with oneself—I offer gentle, expert support to help you feel whole again.

Cancer Therapy & Support
Cancer can bring profound emotional, physical and psychological change. Counselling offers a supportive space to process treatment, recovery, remission or the impact of supporting a loved one. I offer specialist cancer counselling in Cirencester and online across the UK, grounded in psychodynamic understanding and gentle therapeutic support.
