A Caring Open Space
I am a counsellor in Cirencester offering psychodynamic therapy and emotional support.
My approach and training is rooted in psychodynamic counselling with some transpersonal angles as well.
What this means for you is that I’m here to help you in a way that truly feels right for you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating a tough relationship, or dealing with life’s changes, I offer a warm, open space where you can explore what’s going on in your life. No topic is too big or too small – this is your time, and I’m here to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My specialisms
I believe in working with you in a way that respects your unique needs and experiences. Over the years, I have worked with people of all ages and genders. I have been especially privileged to support younger individuals dealing with anxiety and depression.
One area that’s particularly close to my heart is supporting women through the perimenopausal and menopausal stages of life. This can be a time of emotional and physical upheaval. I have undertaken additional training to support women during this stage.
I work with partners to help them understand how to support their wives or partners during this challenging period. Relationships can often be tested during this time, and I’ll help you both find a path forward. I am currently working toward an Advanced Diploma in Relationship Counselling. This allows me to support couples in healing and reconnecting.

Experience
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over 14 years in senior HR roles and worked closely with professionals across various industries alongside senior executives at companies such as Lazard Asset Management, Commerzbank, HSBC, and many others.
I later ran a business supporting professional women, offering coaching and seminars to help them navigate their careers, including maternity coaching, and I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with organisations like Soho House and collaborating on with Marina Fogle on her podcast, The Parent Hood.
All of this experience has given me a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the pressures that life can put on us, which I now use to better support my clients.
